In June, Google announced a new Building a Safer Google Play for Kids policy aimed at app developers whose target audience are children under the age of 13. The initiative requires the developers to use only certified advertising networks. KIDOZ became one of the first platforms for the content for children to claim this status.

The certification means that the KIDOZ products are in full compliance with Google’s requirements as to the security of the advertising content and the use of personal data. All the advertising via the company’s apps comes from trusted sources and the applications do not collect and use confidential information.

KIDOZ supports Google’s campaign to protect children from inappropriate content and encourages developers to use new advertising techniques. KIDOZ advocates for the creation of the safe space on the Internet that would allow content developers to integrate secure and informative advertising into the quality content.

CIG is an investor of KIDOZ since 2015. It supports its portfolio company’s efforts to create children-friendly Internet space.

KIDOZ platform covers more than 50 million users — children and their parents – globally. KIDOZ OS is the official software product for more than 40 leading OEM, mobile operators and children’s brands, including Lenovo, PBS Kids, Sprout TV and Acer. The software is pre-installed on millions of devices providing children with safe content and their parents with security monitoring functions.

KIDOZ Network is a full-fledged AdTech platform that helps hundreds of developers to monetize their applications in compliance with COPPA (U.S. Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR (E.U. General Data Protection Regulation) and allows the best children’s brands, like Hasbro, Nintendo, LEGO, Disney, Viacom, Crayola, to distribute their content.
