CHERNOVETSKYI INVESTMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES THE COMPETITION FOR THE POSITION OF THE HEAD OF THE BUSINESS-INCUBATOR

Business-incubator will represent the business platform for maintenance of prospective IT-startups and their further promotion to external markets.

The ultimate task of the Business-incubator will be assistance to the beginning and prospective teams in the sphere of informational technologies in rework of the idea and project, obtaining investments, searching for strategic partners and clients.

In connection with the future launching of the Business-incubator, the vacancy of its Head has appeared.

This position requires the specialist who is able to manage and lead the way of the team, who is open-minded and has poignant wit, who will be able to cope with the following tasks:

coordination of work, management and providing functioning of the business-incubator, attraction of mentors;

working out and implementation of the strategy of developing startup projects; interaction with private, corporate investors and venture capital funds;

organizing and rendering consultation services to the residents of the business-incubator;

conducting competitions on selection of prospective IT-projects;

organizing events (seminars, on-site meetings, etc.);

conducting negotiations and presentations.

really interesting projects and complicated tasks which require full mobilization of skills;

salary during probation period: from USD 5,000. In case of successful passing of the probation period, the salary will amount USD 7,000 – USD10,000 + bonuses from every attracted project.

Candidate must have: higher education, working experience not less than 3 years on the leading positions in IT sphere; working experience as start-up manager, project manager experience starting from 5 years; project management knowledge; English language – advanced level.
